The forms below are required for your son/daughter to participate in Youth Action Pistol League activities and events. Please print and bring them to your son’s/daughter’s first day with YAPL.
You DO NOT need to bring the Holster Authorization on the first day. You and the Coach for your son/daughter will have to confirm that they possess a level of skill that qualifies them to draw, engage targets, and reholster a loaded handgun safely.
